We were both at work when we received a call from our neighbor, alerting us that our house was on fire. Half of our house was up in flames, and the firemen were just finishing extinguishing the flames by the time we got home. We didn’t know what to do, so one of the firemen suggested we call SERVPRO to take care of the damage. They came quickly and mitigated the damage, then restored the house. The small fire in our kitchen filled our whole house up with smoke, leaving it with a lingering smell, right before our annual Halloween bash! We tried our hardest to clean and get the scent out ourselves, but in the end we had to call SERVPRO for assistance.
