When this homeowner in Rocky Hill Connecticut went down to check on the playroom in the basement in the morning to make sure their children had cleaned up from the night before, disaster had struck! The children had not cleaned up and the basement had flooded. Many of the toys had been water damaged and the carpet was completely ruined. In Portland Connecticut, a homeowner suffered major water damage behind their newly installed $30,000 kitchen cabinets. A family living in East Longmeadow, MA went on vacation for three days during the New Year’s Eve holiday in 2016. Farmington Valley was hit by a torrential downpour in July of 2016.
